How to take care of Tyche Jewelry
STERLING DEOX SILVER
Tyche sterling jewelry is made of Deox Silver, a tarnish resistant silver. Regular silver jewelry are usually composed of 92.5% of silver and 7.5% of other metals. Deox Silver has a greater amount of silver in its composition usually around 9.60% which makes this type of silver purer, stronger and more durable. Deox silver is easier to take care of and to clean. You can clean your Tyche Deox silver jewelry with a clean silver-polishing cloth. If the piece of jewelry is not gold or gunmetal plated, you can also clean it with water and mild soap. However is highly recommended to not expose your Tyche Deox Silver jewelry to perspiration, perfumes, salt or chlorine water and chemical polish.
BRASS JEWELRY
Tyche Jewelry is made of the highest quality brass material and then gold plated in 14 Karatand lacquered for a better lasting result. Do to the nature of the natural material and because Tyche Jewelry is hand made, there might be slight variations. To preserve the beauty of the jewelry piece, please follow the below instructions.
Wear the jewelry peaces a few minutes after applying any type of cosmetic body products such as perfume, body lotion, tanner, etc. Limit their exposure to direct heat and sunlight.
Brass Jewelry look great at the beach but avoid the temptation and don't expos them to salty water, chlorine from the swimming pool or sweat. Those factors willeventually damage your jewelry.
Clean them with a delicate piece of cloth and keep your jewelry dry at all time.
Exchanges
Our greatest satisfaction is when you are happy with our jewelry. If you are not entire satisfied with the item, please send us an email at info@tychejewelry.com with "Exchange" as the subject header specifying the reasons why you wish to exchange the item. We only accept exchange within 7 business days of receipt. Items must be in the original state of purchase. We do not accept items that have been used or damaged. Customer is responsible for shipping fees when exchanging an item. Tyche Jewelry is not responsible for stolen or lost merchandise while customer is sending them back.
Repairs
Repairs are available only for items purchased within 30 days. After the 30 days there will be a fee for repair and replacement of pieces in case is needed. Customer is responsible for shipping the item to us. Please send an email at info@tychejewelry.com with "repair" as the subject header explaining the nature of the damage. In the email, please provide us with a copy of purchase receipt, a photo of the damage and we will contact you within our business hours with instructions as of how to proceed to get your item repaired by us.
